Our Team
Maarten
Maarten has been teaching languages for more than 10 years and has made it his goal to pass on his passion for languages to his students. He has already worked for various schools and universities in Germany, China, the UK and Turkey and started his own business in 2022.
Aslı
Aslı Demircan, born in Germany and a third-generation immigrant, holds a master’s degree in Foreign Language Didactics (University of Gießen). She has been teaching in Germany since 2015 and served as a lecturer at the Turkish-German University from 2020 to 2023. German is her native language, but she is also fluent in Turkish, English, Russian, and Spanish, and has a strong passion for languages. Aslı designs her lessons to be as interesting, entertaining, and current as possible, while ensuring that none of the four skills are neglected.
Leni
After studying German language and literature, Leni started teaching German as a foreign and second language in 2015 and has been passionate about it since the very beginning! She always caters to the needs of her course participants and, in addition to the language itself, also imparts her extensive knowledge of German culture and history in a fun and at the same time in a very successful way. Being multilingual herself, she knows the challenges of learning a new language from her own experience!
Hülya
Hülya grew up in Germany and has been teaching German for more than 28 years. For many years, she has also been passionately committed to preparing doctors for the Fachsprachprüfung (FSP). This exam is a crucial step for many doctors who want to work in Germany, and she has made it her mission to prepare them for it in the best possible way. Through targeted exercises, role plays and working through exam scenarios, she can give participants the confidence they need to pass the FSP successfully. She is looking forward to supporting many more doctors on their path in the future and helping them to realize their dreams.
Ayça
Ayca was born in Germany and studied German as a foreign language and economics here. Her varied teaching experience at different levels enables her to respond specifically to the individual needs of her students and develop customized learning concepts. In her lessons, she places great importance on enabling her students to integrate culturally and professionally while learning German.
Marc
Marc was born and raised in Germany and also studied there. After his studies, he taught at various language schools and universities in different countries in Europe, Asia and especially Latin America.
His language skills have opened many doors for him during his adventures around the world and enabled him to have some unforgettable experiences.
He hopes that as many people as possible can have similar positive experiences. That is why he has been teaching German as a foreign language with great passion since 2012.
Ilke
Although she learnt German as a foreign language, she is often mistaken for a native speaker. İlke studied cultural studies and linguistics in Turkey and Germany and now teaches German to migrants in Germany. She knows the difficulties and emotions associated with learning a language as an adult. This makes her not only a good teacher, but also a role model and mentor for the participants.
Juliane
After studying both German and German as a foreign language, Juliane started teaching in 2017. She worked at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul from 2020 until 2023 and has lived in Madrid since then. Her lessons focus on the communicative aspect of the language. She finds it particularly important that students actively use grammar and vocabulary. This is precisely why she loves interacting with students and is always keen to create a motivating and practice-orientated learning atmosphere.
Habibe
Habibe was born and raised in Austria. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting at Hacettepe University and her Master’s degree in German as a Foreign Language. In 2017, she started teaching German at the Turkish-German University at levels A1-C1. She emphasizes active communication with her students and strives to teach German language and culture in an entertaining and interactive way. In addition to the four language skills, she also emphasizes the importance of intercultural communication in language teaching.
