Our Team

Maarten
Maarten has been teaching languages for more than 10 years and has made it his goal to pass on his passion for languages to his students. He has already worked for various schools and universities in Germany, China, the UK and Turkey and started his own business in 2022.

Sacide
Sacide, who has over 10 years of experience in German tutoring, was born in Germany. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting (German-Turkish), she completed a Master’s degree in Translation Studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (FTSK) in Germany, where she also received pedagogical training.
This linguistic, cultural and educational background allows her to see German from an “outsider” perspective and enables her to quickly recognize the challenges her students face or their needs in their language learning process. In this way, she develops effective learning strategies tailored to the individual needs of each student, while at the same time adopting a communicative and practice-based approach, focusing on helping her students improve their knowledge of German for work, study and everyday life.

Leni
After studying German language and literature, Leni started teaching German as a foreign and second language in 2015 and has been passionate about it since the very beginning! She always caters to the needs of her course participants and, in addition to the language itself, also imparts her extensive knowledge of German culture and history in a fun and at the same time in a very successful way. Being multilingual herself, she knows the challenges of learning a new language from her own experience!

Jenny
Jenny is originally from Cologne and studied Spanish and sport to become a teacher. After completing her studies, she taught at state schools for several years. Today she concentrates entirely on her work as a German teacher.
What she loves most about teaching is the exchange with people from all over the world and the opportunity to accompany learners individually on their way to learning German. A pleasant and supportive learning atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable and enjoys learning is particularly important to her. Thanks to her pedagogical training and teaching experience, Jenny knows exactly how to convey content in an understandable and lively way.
As she enjoys traveling and learning foreign languages herself, she knows the challenges of language learning from her own experience – and meets them in class with a great deal of empathy, patience and humor.

Tobias
Tobias was born and raised in Germany and has been teaching German for several years. Many people from all over the world have learned German with him. He works at universities, institutes and language schools. He has lived in Mexico for more than 6 years. He teaches a wide range of courses, including general German classes, classes for doctors, surgeons, dentists, nurses, special classes for engineers, preparation for Goethe or telc certificates, conversation courses and much more. Language and culture play an important role in Germany. He wants to convey this to his course participants as well as possible and looks forward to every German course.

Ayça
Ayca was born in Germany and studied German as a foreign language and economics here. Her varied teaching experience at different levels enables her to respond specifically to the individual needs of her students and develop customized learning concepts. In her lessons, she places great importance on enabling her students to integrate culturally and professionally while learning German.

Juliane
After studying both German and German as a foreign language, Juliane started teaching in 2017. She worked at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul from 2020 until 2023 and has lived in Madrid since then. Her lessons focus on the communicative aspect of the language. She finds it particularly important that students actively use grammar and vocabulary. This is precisely why she loves interacting with students and is always keen to create a motivating and practice-orientated learning atmosphere.

Kathrin
Kathrin has been working as a German teacher since 2014. After five years as a GFL lecturer at the University of the Basque Country (Spain), she has also been teaching online for various language schools since 2021. She is also certified to take Goethe exams at levels A1-C1. For her, it is something very special to be able to teach people from other cultures her mother tongue and the culture of German-speaking countries and to learn new things about other cultures. Thanks to her academic training, years of teaching different learning groups and levels and her own language learning experience, she knows what is important in language learning and is able to put herself in the shoes of her participants.

Özge
Özge completed her Bachelor’s degree at Hacettepe University and then went on to complete a Master’s degree in “German as a Foreign Language and German Studies” at Bielefeld University in Germany. She has been working as a German teacher at various language schools since 2015. She worked as a lecturer at the Turkish-German University for five years and is now continuing her teaching through online courses. She is also currently working on her doctorate in German studies.
In language teaching, Özge places great emphasis on interactive methods and ensuring that lessons are both educational and entertaining. She has been using various digital tools for many years to bring her lessons to life. She brings around ten years of professional experience to her lessons with great commitment.

Papatya

She plans her lessons carefully according to the level, interests and individual needs of the students. She sees language learning not only as a process of knowledge transfer, but also as a process of communication, self-expression and gaining cultural awareness.
She designs activities to train writing, speaking, reading and listening skills in a balanced way. She supports her students with structured exercises, sample texts and personalized feedback, especially to improve written expression. Using creative methods and current topics, she aims to make her lessons both efficient and entertaining.
