We will practice the most important B1 grammar topic together in a relaxed atmosphere and in a productive way. You will see that learning German can be fun and that you will soon feel much more confident when speaking and writing!

Registration is always for one month, but it is possible to take the course over many months.

Kathleen

Kathleen gained her first experience of teaching German while still at school and discovered her passion for teaching German as a foreign language. After her studies, she deepened this desire to bring people closer to the German language and became a German teacher at a vocational school (Berufsschule) in Germany.
Kathleen is particularly keen to cater to the individual needs and wishes of her course participants and to always create a positive and motivating learning environment.

A course consists of a maximum of 9 participants. As not everyone can attend every single session (due to family or work commitments, illness, etc.), it is not uncommon that sometimes there are only 3 or 4 other students in class with you.

4 lessons per week. Each lesson is 45 minutes long. This means that each registration (= 1 month) includes 16 lessons (12 hours).

A whole language level (e.g. A1, B2 etc.) will take 6 months; 3 months for a semi-level (e.g. A2.1, B2.2).

Registration and course fees are for one month (4 weeks, 16 lessons, 12 hours).

We can provide you with a certificate of attendance to prove that you have attended the course. This might be sufficient for your purposes.

However, for an official language level certificate you need to register for an exam, e.g. TELC or Goethe. We do not offer such exams.

Not at the moment, but spoken communication is the main focus of all our courses. Of course, reading, listening, writing and grammar are also taught.

Unfortunately, the lessons are not recorded for data protection reasons. However, the most important and new topics will be reviewed in the next lesson. You will also receive the lesson material (all notes from the lesson) so that you can easily catch up on the material.

We can offer you a discount if you would like to book and pay for a whole level (e.g. A1 or B2) in advance.

With the exception of the A1 courses, all levels are taught by native speakers. More importantly, all our teachers are highly experienced and have a degree in German as a Foreign Language, German Studies etc. and have strong passion for teaching.

Absolutely! Spoken communication is the main focus of all our courses. Of course, all other language areas will be trained, too. 🙂
